Cancellation Policy

We understand that at times, life does not go to plan.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact me as soon as you can.

Appointments cancelled between 24-48 hours of the appointment time incur a 50% charge.
Full session price is payable for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

In the unlikely event that the therapist must cancel the appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible using contact details you have provided.
